Types of Passive Income
I assume, and I’m quite sure that we all have heard about passive income. There are many types of this passive income that I’m talking about. This is the money that you earn without directly working. And I’m pretty much sure that this is the type of income that we are dreaming of. The income that we don’t need to physically spend time earning it.
If you are working from 9 in the morning up to 5 in the afternoon and earn a certain amount for each hour of work you do, then that’s not passive income that we are looking for. That’s quite the opposite of what we are looking for.
Business gurus, authors and experts of the field of business enlist their top ways of earning passively.
1. Dividends – They say that this is the most consistent form of passive income. These are dividend paying stocks and generally they are as solid as rock can you can get consistent dividends.
2. Capital gains – these are profits that resulted from investments into capital assets such stocks, bonds or real states which exceeded purchase price.
3. Real state cash flow – Owning real state and having tenants should give you some sort of passive income. It may be monthly, quarterly or annually.
4. Earnings from businesses that does not require direct involvement from the owner or merchant. Examples would be the earnings coming from internet programs, advertisement and websites.
WE can only work for a limited amount of time in the day. Which means that we can only have limited time at a day job and earn an hourly wage. There will come a time that you will feel that you’ve been working so hard and yet you’re not going somewhere. You can’t seem to upgrade you kind of lifestyle or you’re stuck somewhere in the middle. And you can’t really work the whole 24 hours of a day. The only way to overcome that obstacle is with passive income. The more you can build streams of passive income the better. Better the chances of attaining that financial freedom that you’re dreaming and hoping for.
